How long do orders take to arrive?
Orders take 1-4 days to ship out from our fulfillment center. You will receive an email/SMS notification when your order ships out with the tracking information. Generally, packages take 3-5 days to ship and arrive in the US and 10-30 days to arrive internationally.

Can I change the size/color on my order?
We cannot guarantee that we can edit sizes/colors on any given order. Orders ship in anywhere from 1-4 days. Please contact our support team if you wish to see if you can change your order.

Do you offer returns?
We only offer returns on products that are either not the correct product or have manufacturer defects. We do not offer returns for sizing, color, and variant errors that are the customer’s mistake.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges.

My package never arrived, is it lost or stolen?
If your package has not arrived after the estimated arrival dates, please contact our support team. Please be as detailed as possible with your inquiry so our team can help you best.

Where do the packages ship from?
Packages may ship from different places and fulfillment centers across the USA and EU regions depending on where you place your order from.

Is this website secure?

Do you ship outside of the US?
We do offer international shipping. Please keep in mind that international shipment prices do not include possible taxes and duties that your country may charge on the package.

I messed up my billing address, can I change it?
We are not able to change billing addresses once an order goes through. However, if the payment was successfully processed, there are no errors from your wrong billing address.

I messed up the shipping address, can I change it?
If you’re order has not shipped yet, you may be able to change the shipping address on your order. Contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to make this change for you!
